We initiated a new position in Aircastle Ltd. (AYR), an aircraft leasing company with a flexible business model and a rational capital allocation philosophy. We took advantage of an opportunity to purchase shares in the heavily capitalized Georgia bank State Bank Financial Corp. (STBZ) as the depressed stock price reflected investors' lack of patience with a slower than expected pace of capital deployment. We like State Bank's management team led by Georgia banker Joe Evans. This management team has experience successfully building and selling other Georgia banks. We also received shares of transportation infrastructure company XPO Logistics, Inc. (XPO) as a result of its acquisition of holding Pacer International, Inc.

(Peta l), Hattiesburg Gas Storage Company (Hattiesburg). In December 2011, it acquired a 20% equity interest in HP Storage.

The Company's pipeline systems originate in the Gulf Coast region, Oklahoma and Arkansas and extend north and east to the midwestern states of Tennessee, Kentucky, Illinois, Indiana and Ohio. It serves a mix of customers, including producers, local distribution companies (LDCs), marketers, electric power generators, direct industrial users and interstate and intrastate pipelines. The Company provides a portion of its pipeline transportation and storage services, through firm contracts, under which the Company's customers pay monthly capacity reservation charges. Other charges are based on actual utilization of the capacity under firm contracts and contracts for interruptible services. During 2011, approximately 82% of its ! revenues were derived from capacity reservation charges under firm contracts; approximately 14% of its revenues were deriv ed from charges-based on actual utilization under firm contr! acts, and approximately 4% of its revenues were derived from interruptible transportation, interruptible storage, parking and lending (PAL) and other services. Its expansion projects include South Texas Eagle Ford Expansionand Marcellus Gathering System and HP Storage.

Pipeline and Storage Systems

The Company's operating subsidiaries own and operate approximately 14,200 miles of pipelines, directly serving customers in twelve states and indirectly serving customers throughout the northeastern and southeastern United States through numerous interconnections with unaffiliated pipelines. In 2011, its pipeline systems transported approximately 2.7 trillion cubic feet of gas. Average daily throughput on its pipeline systems during 2011 was approximately 7.3 billion cubic feet. Its natural gas storage facilities are comprised of eleven underground storage fields located in four states with aggregate working gas capacity of approximately 167.0 billion cu bic feet. the Company operates the assets of HP Storage on behalf of the joint venture.

The principal sources of supply for our pipeline systems are regional supply hubs and market centers located in the Gulf Coast region, including offshore Louisiana, the Perryville, Louisiana area, the Henry Hub in Louisiana and the Carthage, Texas area. Its pipelines in the Carthage, Texas area provide access to natural gas supplies from the Bossier Sands, Barnett Shale, Haynesville Shale and other gas producing regions in eastern Texas and northern Louisiana. The Henry Hub serves as the designated delivery point for natural gas futures contracts traded on the New York Mercantile Exchange. Its pipeline systems also have access to unconventional mid-continent supplies, such as the Woodford Shale in southeastern Oklahoma and the Fayetteville Shale in ! Arkansas.! The Company also accesses the Eagle Ford Shale in southern Texas; wellhead supplies in northern and southern Louisiana and Mississippi; and Canadian natural gas through an unaffil! iated pip! eline interconnect at Whitesville, Kentucky.

Gulf Crossing

The Company's Gulf Crossing pipeline system originates near Sherman, Texas, and proceeds to the Perryville, Louisiana area. The market areas are in the Midwest, Northeast, Southeast and Florida through interconnections with Gulf South, Texas Gas and unaffiliated pipelines.

Gulf South

The Company's Gulf South pipeline system is located along the Gulf Coast in the states of Texas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama and Florida. The on-system markets directly served by the Gulf South system are generally located in eastern Texas, Louisiana, southern Mississippi, southern Alabama, and the Florida Panhandle. These markets include LDCs and municipalities located across the system, including New Orleans, Louisiana; Jackson, Mississippi; Mobile, Alabama; and Pensacola, Florida, and other end-users located across the system, including the Baton Rouge to New Orleans industrial corridor and Lake Charles, Louisiana. Gulf South also has indirect access to off-system markets through numerous interconnections with unaffiliated interstate and intrastate pipelines and storage facilities. These pipeline interconnections provide access to markets throughout the northeastern and southeastern United States.

Gulf South has two natural gas storage facilities. The gas storage facility located in Bistineau, Louisiana, has approximately 78 billion cubic feet of working gas storage capacity from which Gulf South offers firm and interruptible storage service, including no-notice service. Gulf South's Jackson, Mississippi, gas storage facility has approximately five billion cubic feet of working gas storage capacity, which is used for operational purposes and is not offered for sale to the market.

!

Te! xas Gas

The Company's Texas Gas pipeline system originates in Louisiana, East Texas and Arkansas and runs north and east through Louisiana, Arkansas, Mississippi, Tennessee, K! entucky, ! Indiana, and into Ohio, with smaller diameter lines extending into Illinois. Texas Gas directly serves LDCs, municipalities and power generators in its market area, which encompasses eight states in the South and Midwest and includes the Memphis, Tennessee; Louisville, Kentucky; Cincinnati and Dayton, Ohio, and Evansville and Indianapolis, Indiana metropolitan areas. Texas Gas also has indirect market access to the Northeast through interconnections with unaffiliated pipelines. Texas Gas owns nine natural gas storage fields, of which it owns the majority of the working and base gas. Texas Gas uses this gas to meet the operational requirements of its transportation and storage customers and the requirements of its no-notice service customers.

Field Services

In 2011, the Company formed its Field Services subsidiary and transferred to it approximately 100 miles of gathering and transmission pipeline. In 2012, the Company transferred to Field Services a n additional 240 miles of pipeline and two compressor stations. Field Services is developing gathering and processing capabilities in south Texas and Pennsylvania.

Advisors' Opinion:
  • [By Robert Rapier]

There are at least three areas of opportunity for MLP investors resulting from this surge in US gas production. The first, and safest avenue of profit is in partnerships that are building out natural gas infrastructure to connect major gas-producing areas like the Marcellus Shale to major population centers, or to terminals that are being built to export liquefied natural gas (LNG). The list of partnerships involved in transporting natural gas is long, but includes such names as Energy Transfer Equity (NYSE: ETE), Enterprise Products Partners (NYSE: EPD), Kinder Morgan Energy Partners (NYSE: KM! P), and ! Boardwalk Pipeline Partners (NYSE: BWP). These partnerships tend to yield in the 3-6% range, and for the most part have relatively stable distributions (BWP being a notable recent exception with a drastic distribution cut earlier this year.)

  • [By Robert Rapier]

The worst performer in the first half was Oxford Resource Partners (NYSE: OXF), a coal producer that suspended its distribution more than a year ago and has seen its unit price continue to decline. It is down 31.5 percent in 2014. Boardwalk Pipeline Partners (NYSE: BWP) saw the second worst decline in the first half of 2014 after announcing a distribution cut of more than 80 percent. BWP saw its unit price plunge by 46 percent in a single trading session. It has since recovered somewhat, but is down 28.8 percent year-to-date.

Do investors have a reason to worry?

Of the three stocks listed above Loews is likely the shakiest in terms of current fundamentals, but its long-term outlook continues to remain intact. Loews has sizable investment stakes in a handful of other companies, one of which is Boardwalk Pipeline Partners (NYSE: BWP  ) . Boardwalk's dividend had been one of the many factors fueling Loews' profitability. But in February, Boardwalk and majority holder Loews chose to slash its dividend by around 80% due to a weaker outlook in the natural gas market. This shaved a sizable chunk off Loews' profit forecast. Thankfully, its hotel operations and insurance business have been performing well, delivering more than enough cash flow to keep investors calm. In the near term it's possible Loews could struggle a bit, but over the long run its diversity should chase away most pessimists.

    Why are short-sellers avoiding Google?

  • [By Robert Rapier]

Boardwalk Pipeline Partners (NYSE: BWP) is a midstream partnership with a focus on natural gas and natural gas liquids (NGLs), and until recently one of the constituents of the A! lerian Na! tural Gas MLP Index. The partnership operates 14,450 miles of pipelines and underground storage caverns with an aggregate working gas capacity of 207 billion cubic feet (Bcf) and liquids capacity of 18 million barrels.

Is The 2014 Subaru XV Crosstrek Hybrid A Real Allure?

In 2014 Subaru (FUJHY) has developed a new powertrain that helps the Crosstrek to gain popularity, and remain the king of the new category it defined. Car buyers might call the compact-hatchback all-wheel drive crossover utility vehicle. Recently, during end of the last year, the Crosstrek has been released in its hybrid engine form which holds a lot of promise for Subaru fans. Those who are familiar with the features of the conventional Crossstrek model will surely find the hybrid with a list of upgrades that might be luring to most of the Subaru model seekers. Let's assess how the hybrid market is growing currently in the U.S., and how the Crosstrek model is built to achieve the ultimate success. Here's the final story.

The hybrid space

The concept of hybrids has been a sure hit in the U.S. for the past few years. The market honcho, Toyota (TM), was the pioneer in capitalizing this opportunity when it launched the Prius series which have been in high demand among hybrid car buyers in the U.S. Truly speaking, Subaru has been late in targeting this segment which is seeing growing popularity as emission norms are becoming stringent in some U.S. states, especially California.

In 2013, hybrid sales in the U.S. were up 13%, and according to Green Car Reports – "If any carmaker should already have had a hybrid in its lineup, it's Subaru." As other hybrids are much costlier than the Crosstrek hybrid which belongs to the compact SUV/CUV segment, Subaru hybrid looks pretty impressive from the buyer's standpoint. Also to be noted, its all-wheel-drive feature present in the XV hybrid version adds to the attraction pointers, since there is only one competitor to this race and that's the Toyota Highlander which is selling with a premium sticker price of $48,160.

Taking a calculated forward step

Top Prefered Companies To Buy For 2015

The XV Crosstrek Hybrid with the all-wheel drive comes with a price tag of $29,995 and is an excellent choice for those looking for a sporty and affordable green car option. Subaru management took the risk of introducing the hybrid first in Japan where it turned into a hit after which it got released in North American roads. The model has features such as more luggage space, a spacious rear seat, and a quieter engine than its conventional counterpart – such attributes add value to the model which has seen sales growing in the U.S. since its launch. Only in August, there has been a drop in hybrid sales as the conventional model was in high demand.

Though recently the hybrid sales in the U.S. is witnessing a fall, and the momentum has slowed considerably Subaru looks well planned as it has offered the first hybrid in a segment which has seen huge growth pace as far as crossovers are concerned. The XV Crosstrek Hybrid's attractive pricing also helps in holding up sales at decent levels even when hybrid sales has cooled down a bit, with market share dropping slightly to 3.6% through August 2014 from 3.7% a year-ago.

The wise call

In today's era, building a hybrid which has refined features and complies with emission norms is like a pie on the cake for an automaker. Subaru has also joined the league of hybrid car makers, as it forges ahead with its aspiration to win more Subaru fans in the U.S. for its crossover models. Let's keep an eye how the XV hybrid sales grows in the forthcoming months and only after a year of the launch would we be able to assess its success globally. So, let's stay tuned.

Top 5 Blue Chip Stocks To Own For 2014

As the Fed begins its two-day meeting this morning, investors can only sit and wait until the proceedings are over and we get to hear what they discussed from Ben Bernanke later in the week. Many investors have concerns about interest rates rising, the future of the Fed's bond-buying program, and where the committee sees the economy moving. The uncertainty and fear has led investors to sell this morning, and as of 11:45 a.m. EDT, the markets are mixed.

All three of the indexes were in the red earlier this morning, but turned themselves around about an hour ago -- currently only the Dow Jones Industrial Average (DJINDICES: ^DJI  ) is lower. The blue chip stock index is down by 0.06% or 9.55 points, while the S&P 500 and the Nasdaqare both higher, by 0.03% and 0.26%, respectively.

  • [By Demitrios Kalogeropoulos]

    Colgate-Palmolive (NYSE: CL  )
Colgate's shares are trading well below the $62 high they hit just last month. The consumer goods company is heavily levered to international sales, with more than 80% of its business coming from outside the U.S. and more than half coming from emerging markets.

  • [By Teresa Rivas]

We think KMB will be perceived as the safest of the multinationals. Its sales outside the US are about 55% of total; this compares to 65%-70% for Procter & Gamble (PG) and Coty (COTY) and 80%-90% for Colgate (CL), Avon and Tupperware (TUP). In general, its risk to the most volatile currencies is below average (its exposure to Eastern Europe is less than 2% of sales), though it is still translating results in Venezuela (about 3% of sales and profit) at the official rate of 6.3 VEF/$ (the parallel rate just hit 175 VEF/$) and Argentina (also 3% of sales) may devalue again. The cost of important raw materials has started to weaken; as they follow oil decline they could boost gross margins in 2H15. Of note, polypropylene and natural gas are off 17% 4Q-to-date; pulp prices, while not declining much, seem manageable.

  • [By Dan Burrows]

Rival Colgate-Palmolive (CL) has different concerns, namely sluggishness in emerging markets where it enjoys commanding market share and derives more than half its revenue.

Innovation: Innovation is a major priority at AT&T. And so far, it looks like the company is making savvy moves, particularly with its push into the cloud. To this end, AT&T has rolled out NetBond, which involves alliances with top providers like IBM (IBM), Microsoft (MSFT), CSC (CSC) and Equinix (EQIX). But perhaps the most interesting growth initiative is Digital Life, which allows customers to use their smartphones as remote control devices with homes and cars. All in all, the opportunity could be huge, adding another nice revenue stream — AT&T already has agreements with companies like GM (GM), Ford (F), Nissan, Audi, BMW and Tesla (TSLA)

International Business Machines Corp. (NYSE: IBM) shares were at $172.71, right on their 52-week low of $172.56. IBM was the only Dow stock to decline in 2013, falling 2.1%. The shares are off about 8% this year. Investors have been frustrated with slow growth rates. The consensus price target is $192.67, which would be a 12% gain from current levels

Look at the amazing results of McDonald's (NYSE: MCD  ) over the past several decades, for example. The company has been able to deliver outstanding total returns by paying out higher and higher dividends each year over an extremely long time horizon. A little while back, I wrote a piece looking at the potential options Apple (NASDAQ: AAPL  ) has for the manufacture of its next-generation A9 processor. The option that I pegged as least likely was that Apple would build another chip on Taiwan Semiconductor's (NYSE: TSM  ) 20-nanometer manufacturing technology, particularly as the gains that Apple could see in moving to a 14-nanometer or 16-nanometer technology could be substantial.

Eating into Android and iOSMarket share It may seem a little far fetched and a tad hard to digest, but according to a recent Worldwide Quarterly Mobile Phone Tracker update by IDC, Windows Phone operating system is going to be the fastest growing smartphone operating system in 2014. Given the fact that Google (GOOG) Android and Apple (AAPL) iOS together enjoy about 94% of the market share, Windows OS can only improve from here. And, if the rumours about making the Windows Phone OS free turns out to be true, I would say that it can go a long way in turning its fortune.

  • [By Associated Press]

That puts it at least on an equal footing with streaming services that have come before it and will persuade some subscribers of those services to switch. Although you need an Android phone to use All Access fully, I don't believe that in itself will get Apple (NASDAQ: AAPL  ) fans to drop their iPhones. But it's one more nice thing Android has going for it.

Will Alibaba Ever Become a Big Threat to Amazon?

With the planned Alibaba IPO, more U.S. consumers will no doubt become more familiar with China's largest e-commerce player. This should be a little disconcerting for Amazon (NASDAQ: AMZN  ) investors because of Alibaba's popularity outside the U.S. Amazon has developed a reputation of cutting product prices to the bone--but Alibaba is no stranger to such practices either.

Mark William, a William and Blair analyst who regularly tracks products sold at Amazon, told Y-Charts in April that there were a number of items on Alibaba's merchant website, AliExpress.com, that were selling at huge discounts compared to similar products at Amazon and Wal-Mart (NYSE: WMT  ) . For instance, a KitchenAid Classic 4.5QT Standard Mixer was selling at $299.00 on both Amazon and Wal-Mart, but just $199.18 at AliExpress. A Keurig Q10 Coffee Maker sold at $99.00 in Wal-Mart, and $95.44 at Amazon, but only $45.58 on AliExpress.

AliExpress concentrates on selling very low-priced, mostly lower quality products, some of which overlap with products sold by Amazon and Wal-Mart. Currently, few U.S. consumers are aware of AliExpress, let alone do their shopping there. But with the planned Alibaba IPO, this could change very fast, and Alibaba could soon become a household name in America.

Although the merchandise on AliExpress is mostly lower quality, more U.S. shoppers are likely to start visiting the site hunting for bargain deals. Low price retailers such as Wal-Mart might face more competition from AliExpress in the future.

But Amazon is not likely to relinquish its position as the dominant online seller, as we shall see below.

Different frugal model
Alibaba can afford to offer such low prices because it operates a very different model from Amazon's. Alibaba does not do any fulfillment of its own, but simply acts as a go-between or marketplace for online buyers and sellers who do their own fulfillment. Alibaba is therefore simply an interface where buyers and sellers meet and do business. Alibaba also sells advertising space for merchants who would like be featured higher on Alibaba searches.

Top Up And Coming Companies To Watch In Right Now

This is in stark contrast to Amazon, where third-party sellers account for only 40% of the company's revenue, and the rest mainly comes from direct sales by the online giant. Amazon invests very heavily in large warehouses and fulfillment centers. Amazon has been investing heavily in infrastructure to support its expanding business in countries such as Italy and Spain. That's the biggest reason why the company's international profits have been shrinking -- and pulling down the company's overall profitability as well.

Amazon Operating Margin by Geography

Source: Beyond Devices

The downside of Alibaba's revenue model is that it generates considerably lower revenue. This is perhaps because many people would prefer the convenience of shopping with Amazon instead of Alibaba because it delivers the merchandise for them, whereas they would have to do their own shipping arrangements if they were to shop at Alibaba. The upside is that Alibaba's revenue model generates a much higher transactional value than Amazon's. Alibaba makes $0.43 for every dollar in sales, while Amazon earns just $0.01 for every dollar in sales.

Amazon vs. Alibaba Revenue & Operating Income

Note: Figures in Millions of Dollars. Source: Beyond Devices

How Alibaba's low prices can benefit Amazon
But, the availability of cheap products on Alibaba can also work in Amazon's favor. Mark Miller told Y-Charts that the heightened promotional activity at GNC, a leading vitamins and supplement retailer, had been creating arbitrage opportunities where people bought products cheaply on GNC's website, and then sold them on Amazon. According to Mr. Miller, there were only 460 GNC SKUs on Amazon in 2012, but 1,270 SKUs in 2014.

Such huge price differences such as the ones I have illustrated above are not likely to exist for long once Alibaba becomes well known to Amazon third-party sellers. It will be relatively easy for them to buy goods cheaply on Alibaba and sell them on Amazon, which will in turn increase demand and drive the prices up. Such trading activity would earn Amazon more revenue through the normal fees it charges third-party sellers.

Alibaba might, however, pose a bigger threat for a company like Wal-Mart, whose online sales make up just 2% of the company's overall sales. But even here, the impact will probably not be big enough to cause a noticeable dent on the giant retailer's top line.

Foolish bottom line
The Alibaba IPO is likely to lead to the Chinese e-commerce giant becoming better known to the average American. But Alibaba mainly sells lower quality products than what you would typically find on Amazon or Wal-Mart. This might mean less competition for the two retailers.

Hot Dividend Stocks To Buy Right Now

If you're a serious investor in dividend stocks, you know that a high yield alone simply isn't enough. You have to know that a dividend is sustainable, and that the underlying company has decent prospects for the future.

One industry that investors have abandoned as having zero prospects is printing. As more and more newspapers and magazines transition to electronic formats, investors have assumed these businesses are dead.

But that may not necessarily be the case, and by investigating the situation, you may be able to buy two big dividend stocks while they're still cheap.

R.R. Donnelley & Sons (NASDAQ: RRD  )
This company, based out of Chicago, has been an industry stalwart since its founding in 1864. Back then, founder Richard Donnelley printed the precursor to the Yellow Pages for Chicago residents.

Today, the company has 60,000 customers and is transforming itself to focus on three key areas: its traditional print solutions, as well as two newer divisions -- digital solutions and supply chain solutions. To build out all three divisions, the company has been on a merger-and-acquisition blitz for the past 20 years, which has led to a significant amount of debt -- roughly $3.5 billion, to be exact.

Advisors' Opinion:

Analysts expect some $2 billion worth of new projects to be revealed, in addition to the $2 billion of projects that have already been announced.Major projects that have either been proposed or are under way include a natural gas liquids processing plantby affiliates of NiSource and Hilcorp Energy; a gathering and processing plant by M3 Midstream LLC, Access Midstream Partners, and EV Energy Partners (NASDAQ: EVEP  ) ; and a proposed pipeline from Ohio to Detroit and Canada, to be built by DTE Energy, Spectra Energy (NYSE: SE  ) and Enbridge.

I will compare Apache based on EV/EBITDA valuation, which is most relevant for Oil and Gas companies. Trailing 12 months EV/EBITDA for Apache, Spectra Energy Corp. (SE) and Anadarko Petroleum Corporation (APC) is 3.6, 16.3 and 5.7, respectively. This clearly suggests that Apache is trading at a deep discount to its peers. In addition to the valuation, Apache's operation in the resources rich Permian and Central basin makes it a strong buy at current valuation.

Spectra Energy Corp.(SE) said its second-quarter profit fell 26%, reporting weaker-than-expected results as plant turnarounds dented revenue growth and increased costs.

Spectra Energy Corp. (NYSE: SE) was reiterated as Buy with a $38 price target (versus a $34.92 closing price) at Argus. The move follows the Spectra’s announcement that it will drop its storage and transmission assets down to its master limited partnership, Spectra Energy Partners L.P. (NYSE: SEP). Argus now believes that Spectra will be able to grow its dividend faster than the firm had originally projected and will be rewarded with a higher valuation multiple.

Big Earnings Movers: The Walt Disney Co. (NYSE: DIS) is up 2.1% at $68.58 on a good showing for its films but not so much for its TV programming. Molycorp Inc. (NYSE: MCP) is up 1.8% at $4.85 after offering a weakish outlook. Revolution Lighting Technologies Inc. (NASDAQ: RVLT) is up 21.5% at $3.28 after a strong report and reaffirmed solid outlook.

  • [By Stock Investor]

First up we have Revolution Lighting Technologies, Inc (RVLT). As of last week RVLT had a market cap of $280m. Revenues for the last year came in at $4.4m. The company is averaging a cash burn of approximately $7m per quarter over the last two quarters. If I give the company the benefit of the doubt and assume the $7.5m of investments they made last quarter was a one time event, the cash burn then drops to under $4m per quarter. In March RVLT raised $5m from the issuance of shares priced at $1.17. The company is still in need of additional financing, and with the stock price up 400% in the last three months, it would be wise for them to issue shares right now. This increases the risk for investors dramatically right now.

  • [By Roberto Pedone]

Another under-$10 stock that's starting to move within range of triggering a big breakout trade is Revolution Lightning Technologies (RVLT), which designs, manufactures, markets and sells, commercial grade, LED replacement lamps, LED fixtures and LED-based signage, channel-letter and contour lighting products. This stock has been a monster for the bulls so far in 2013, with shares up a whopping 445%.

If you take a look at the chart for Revolution Lightning Technologies, you'll notice that this stock has recently formed a double bottom chart pattern at $2.19 to $2.22 a share. Following that bottom, shares of RVLT exploded to the upside and hit a recent high of $3.96 a share with strong upside volume flows. Shares of RVLT are now finding some buying interest right around its 50-day moving average of $3.36 a share. If that level can hold, then RVLT will set up to resume its uptrend and potentially trigger another big breakout trade.

Market players should now look for long-biased trades in RVLT if it manages to break out above some near-term overhead resistance levels at $3.70 to $3.80 a share and then above more resistance at $3.96 a share with high volume. Look for a sustained move or close above those levels with volume that hits near or above its three-month average action of 1.21 million shares. If that breakout triggers soon, then RVLT will set up to re-test or possibly take out its next major overhead resistance levels at $4.94 to $5.50 a share.

Traders can look to buy RVLT off weakness to anticipate that breakout and simply use a stop that sits right below its 50-day moving average at $3.36 a share, or around $3 a share. One can also buy RVLT off strength once it clears those breakout levels with volume and then simply use a stop that sits a comfortable percentage from your entry point.

Advisors' Opinion:
  • [By Michael Lewis]

Home and small-business security company ADT (NYSE: ADT  ) debuted on the markets in October of last year as a spinoff of conglomerate Tyco. While spinoffs are often misunderstood or neglected investment opportunities, this one came out priced high and covered well, eliminating the opportunity for a value play. Since its IPO, the stock has only ticked up around 6% while sales and profits continue to rise. In the past quarter, the company added more than 300,000 new customers, with plenty of room to grow. It's no doubt that ADT is an industry leader, but is the stock still too expensive to warrant a buy?
